This song was written during the big storm in the summer
of 2011. Seeing the gale rage outside made Kurt think of
how nice it was to be hidden from it, but how impossible
that was for the fiercest of tirades. Alex worked in this
really lush buildup for the last chorus that we’re all
really proud of, and the song took shape as you hear it.
